Renting conditions
1) What does your holiday cost?
The prices for renting a family cabin are stated in DKK, SEK, NOK or EUR and are counting for the number of persons stated in the period of time in question. Prices are inklusive of electricity and water consumption unless otherwise is adducted.
2) Number of participants
The cabin cannot be occupied by more persons than the number referring to or number of persons referring to in the tenancy agreement.
3) Reservation/payment
The contract circumstances between the visitor and Rondane Friluftssenter AS are binding from the moment of ordering. Deposit is 25% of the renting amount (depending on the week price), although a minimum of 500 DKK per cabin. Deposit is charged by reception of the confirmation which is send by mail. Balance has to be paid within 50 days before arrival. Orders received later than 50 before arrival the whole price of the journey has to be paid.
Payment of deposit or the whole price of the journey the renting conditions of Rondane Friluftssenter AS is simultaneously accepted. In case of the balance not being punctually Rondane Friluftssenter AS is entitled to cancel the tenancy. Deposit is not refunded by cancellation.

When booking you must pay a deposit of 25% of the total rental amount. Within 30 days prior to rental period start, the remaining rental amount must be paid
5) Cancellation/changes
By cancellation or changes of the renting agreement the following rules will have their effect.
Cancellation is made on the day Rondane Friluftssenter AS has received a written notice. Within the first 14 days the amount will be refunded.
If canceled after 14 days and 30 days before departure you lose your entire deposit. If canceled less than 30 days before arrival you will lose both deposit and balance.
6) Renting period
The cabin is usually available from the date of arrival at 15.00 pm to the date of departure at 11.00 am. Potential deviances will appear from the tenancy agreement. If guests are leaving later than the above giving time a later time of departure can be arranged. This will also be possible if the cabin is available before before 15.00 pm on the date of arrival, but only when arranged with Rondane Friluftssenter AS.
7) Furniture and equipment
The cabin is equiped with kitchen equipment, kitchen utensils, duvets/quilts and pillows. Unless otherwise is stated in the describtion all cabin are heated. Where fireplace/furnace are available wood can bought in the area.
8) Bring along
Bed linen, towels, tea towels, dishcloth must be brought along. Bed linen and towels can be rented when booking.
9) Cleaning
The cabin must be cleaned unless ordered final cleaning. After departure, the cabin will be checked, and Rondane Friluftssenter AS reserves the right to send by any invoice for lack of cleaning, equivalent to the cost of a cleaning.
10) Complaints
Any errors and flaws in the cabin its furniture and equipment or installations have to be reported to Rondane Friluftssenter AS immediately at the arrival or at the time they are found, so reparations can be made as soon as possible.
11) Disclaimers
We make reservation for possible misprint. Rondane Friluftssenter AS reserves the right in case of breach of contract by the accommodation owner's side, to replace the apartment with another at least equivalent standard. Rondane Friluftssenter AS can not be held responsible for any price change on ski rental, hejskort, ferry prices or discounts that are beyond the control of Rondane Friluftssenter AS.
12) Smoking
Smoking is completely prohibited indoors. If this is not followed, damages occur.
