All staying persons must be aged 18 or over to stay in the lodging. Proof of identity is provided on arrival. The age limit does not refer to children in companion with guardian.The nearest ski area is Lindvallen. The distance to ski area is approximately 1115 m, The distance to the lift/slopes may vary, depending on the snow conditions.

TV, washing machine, tumble dryer, drying cabinet, iron, ironing board, terrace (no snow clearance), There is a conveyor belt in the area that go up to S?der?storget. This conveyor belt do not form part of SkiStar?s skiing facilities, i.e. they are the responsibility of and are maintained by an external party. The distance from lodgings to the conveyor belt varies within the area. In the summer, there is an outdoor- pool and gym (SkiStar is not responsible for the operation and maintenance).
