Skarljus 4A is a cozy and newly built 94 sqm cabin with 8 + 3 beds in 3 bedrooms and a sleeping loft, as well as a terrace and balcony with views of Hamrafjället and a welcoming and spacious entrance with integrated seating.

Living Room
Upstairs you'll find a living room with an open floor plan and fantastic ceiling height. There is a pleasant dining area and a cozy TV corner with sofas and a wood-burning stove.
An additional cozy lounge area is located in the loft with bean bags and a TV.

Kitchen
The well-equipped kitchen include stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and electric kettle.

Bedrooms
Bedroom 1: one double bed (180 cm).
Bedroom 2: one bunk bed with a wider lower bunk (140/90 cm).
Bedroom 3: two bunk beds (90/90 cm).
Sleeping loft: two beds in a double bed (180 cm), plus an extra bed in the lower bunk (140 cm).

Bathrooms
Bathroom 1: WC, shower, washing machine, and tumble dryer on the entrance floor.
Bathroom 2: sauna with mini-spa, bucket shower, shower, and private exit.
Bathroom 3: WC on the upper floor.

Other
Access to Wi-Fi, drying cabinet, washing machine, tumble dryer, shoe and ski boot dryer, ski storage, and EV charger available next to the house for an additional fee.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Two parking spaces are available adjacent to the accommodation, one directly next to the house.
Pets are not allowed, but the accommodation is not allergy-sanitized.
There are stairs down to the house from the road.
Smoking indoors is not permitted.
Departure cleaning is included. You are responsible for washing dishes, emptying the fridge/freezer, and disposing of trash and recyclables.
