Skarljus 1D is a cozy and newly built 94 sqm cabin with 9 + 3 beds across 3 bedrooms and a sleeping loft, as well as a terrace and balcony with views of Hamrafjället and a welcoming and spacious entrance with integrated seating.

Living Room
Upstairs, you´ll find a living room with an open floor plan and fantastic ceiling height. There´s a pleasant dining area and a cozy TV corner with a sofa, armchair, and wood-burning stove. The loft also features a TV and Fatboy bean bags.

Kitchen Area
The well-equipped kitchen include stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.

Bedrooms
Bedroom 1: one double bed (180 cm). One standard and one larger pillow per bed.
Bedroom 2: one bunk bed (160/120 cm). (The 120 cm bed counts as one of the extra beds.) One standard and one larger pillow per bed.
Bedroom 3: two bunk beds (90/90 cm).
Possibility for two beds in a double bed (180 cm) on the sleeping loft. (One of these counts as an extra bed.)

Bathrooms
Bathroom 1: WC, shower, washing machine, and dryer on the entrance floor.
Bathroom 2: Shower and sauna with a separate entrance.
Bathroom 3: WC on the upper floor.

Other
Access to Wi-Fi, drying cabinet, washing machine, dryer, shoe and ski boot dryer, and ski storage.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Two parking spaces are available adjacent to the accommodation.
Pets are not allowed, but the unit is not allergy sanitized, as the owner has a cat.
There are stairs down to the house from the road.
Smoking indoors is not permitted.
Departure cleaning is included. You are responsible for washing dishes, emptying the fridge/freezer, and disposing of trash and recyclables..
