Funäsdalshöjden 7D - Höjden 80 is a modern, newly built accommodation completed in September 2025. The apartment is located next to the sports center, which serves as the hub of the extensive cross-country trail network spanning approximately 300 km. The trails are practically right outside the door. With only around 150 metres to the nearest ski lift and slope, you can easily enjoy the first run of the day, while Funäsdalen’s restaurants and services are within walking distance.
 
The accommodation features an open and social floor plan where the kitchen and living area come together around a spacious dining table seating up to eight guests. A wood-burning stove creates a warm and inviting mountain atmosphere after a day of outdoor activities. From the living room, you can access the southeast-facing balcony and enjoy the morning and midday sun while taking in the mountain views.
 
The apartment offers three bedrooms with a total of six regular beds and the option of one additional sleeping space. The layout is perfect for families or small groups seeking comfortable accommodation close to nature and outdoor activities. There are two bathrooms with toilets – one featuring a sauna and the other equipped with laundry facilities – ensuring a convenient and comfortable stay.
 
After a day of skiing or hiking, guests have access to a practical ski storage room located next to the apartment, as well as a ski waxing room and bike wash facilities. A private parking space is included, and guest parking with EV charging is available via Parkster or EasyPark.

BY CAR: Funäsdalen is situated in the middle of Sweden, only 40 kilometers from the Norwegian border and Röros. The fastest route from Stockholm is via the E4 motorway, passing through Gävle, Bollnäs, Ljusdal, and Sveg. From Sveg, take road 84 towards Röros.
