The newly built semi-detached apartments in Parkstigens Fjällby have two floors and cover a total area of 84 square meters. The accommodations feature three bedrooms with a total of seven beds plus one additional bed, a spacious living room with a fireplace, and views in two different directions. All possible functional amenities ensure a worry-free stay. Pets are allowed.

On the first floor, there is an entrance hall with coat hooks and a drying cabinet. Adjacent to the inner hallway is a spacious bathroom with a sauna. This floor also includes two bedrooms, one larger with wardrobe storage and one smaller. Additionally, there is a patio on the ground floor.
 
Upstairs, you'll find a smaller WC, a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, and another bedroom. From the living room, you can easily access the southwest-facing balcony. In one direction, you have a view of Funäsdalsberget, and in the other direction, you can see the forest and the Ljusnan River.

Parkstigens Fjällby consists of 9 semi-detached houses with a total of 18 accommodations, located right at the base of Funäsdalsberget, just 120 meters from the Parkliften. The mountain is one of the highest in Funäsfjällen, with a vertical drop of just over 300 meters, and from the top, you can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view of an extraordinary mountain landscape. The ski system, featuring 17 runs of varying difficulty, offers something for everyone, including steep and challenging sections, long enjoyable slopes, and fun forest areas. A total of 300 kilometers of ski trails pass by the houses.
 
Adjacent to the accommodations, there is parking with power outlets for engine heaters, a ski storage room, a waxing room, and a bike wash station. It’s a perfect mountain residence for those who want to stay in new and comfortable surroundings while still having access to a genuine mountain environment and excellent skiing.
 
Funäsdalsberget provides enjoyment all year round. With a vertical drop of just over 300 meters, the top offers a wonderful panoramic view of a remarkable mountain landscape. BY CAR: Funäsdalen is situated in the middle of Sweden, only 40 kilometers from the Norwegian border and Röros. The fastest route from Stockholm is via the E4 motorway, passing through Gävle, Bollnäs, Ljusdal, and Sveg. From Sveg, take road 84 towards Röros.
