Welcome to Varden Fjellandsby! Varden is Kvitfjell´s most family-friendly mountain side, featuring wide green and blue slopes, making it perfect for the whole family and those who love carving wide turns. The area offers close access to both alpine and cross-country skiing. At the top of Varden, you´ll find Varden Restaurant, and with the gondola connecting to the west side, you´re also close to ski rentals, a sports shop, a grocery store/deli, several restaurants, and après-ski.
 
In the summer, we offer great hiking and biking opportunities. Within a 30-minute drive, you can reach several attractions, such as Hunderfossen to the south and Fron Waterpark to the north. There is also easy access to charming small towns like Fåvang and the village of Ringebu.
 
Varden Fjellandsby annex provides everything you need for a relaxing stay. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Dining area for 4 people, perfect for enjoying meals together. After a day of activities, you can unwind in the living room, which is furnished with a sofa, TV, and a warm fireplace-ideal for cozy evenings by the fire.

Varden is Kvitfjell's most family-friendly mountainside with wide green and blue trails, the area is perfect for the whole family and for those who love big carving turns. A gondola connects Varden to the West Side, and a 6-seater chairlift goes to the top of Varden.

Exclusive to our guests in Varden Mountain Village is the Comfort Package, which can be added to the shopping cart. The Comfort Package costs NOK 4000 (NOK 2000 for annex) and includes:
• Made beds
• 2 towels per person (one small and one large)
• 2 bags of firewood
• Toilet paper and paper towels
• Hand soap in the bathrooms
• Coffee filter
• 1 bag of coffee
• Dishwasher tablets and detergents
• Candles
• Tea towels and cloths

In the summer, we have great hiking opportunities both on foot and by bike. With a half-hour drive, you reach several attractions such as Hunderfossen in the south and Fron water park in the north. Short distance to small nice centers such as Fåvang and the village of Ringebu.
