Welcome to Varden 55!
Varden is Kvitfjell’s most family-friendly mountain area, with wide green and blue slopes. The area is perfect for the whole family, as well as for those who love making big carving turns. The cabin is within easy reach of both alpine skiing and cross-country skiing. At the top of Varden, you will find Varden Restaurant, and with the gondola connecting you to the west side, you are also close to ski rental, a sports shop, a grocery store/deli, several restaurants and après-ski.
In summer, there are excellent opportunities for hiking and cycling. Within a 30-minute drive, you can reach several attractions, including Hunderfossen to the south and Fron Water Park to the north. You are also within easy reach of the charming local centres of Fåvang and the village of Ringebu.
 
Varden 55 offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and Nespresso coffee machine. The dining area has seating for 10 people, perfect for enjoying pleasant meals together. After a day of activities, you can relax in the living room, which is equipped with a sofa, TV and a warm fireplace – ideal for cosy evenings in front of the flames.
