This suite is located on our top floor and has a balcony with an excellent view of the mountains. It features a high quality double bed and a living room area with a dining table that can seat 6, a couch that can be pulled out to provide another 2 bed spaces, Smart-TV, and a minibar.
 
Our lobby also has a sports bar where we show a variety of events, which you can enjoy with a flavorful beverage.
From Hovdestøylen you have a ski track right at your doorstep that connects to all the major trips in the area. The alpine center is only a short drive away with a variety of slopes and lifts that you can choose based on your skill level.
 
Restaurant Støylen is focused on providing a great dining experience. Our chefs combine their knowledge with local inspiration to create a wonderful menu, which can be enjoyed alongside something from our high-quality wine chart. Breakfast is included and can be enjoyed with a view over the mountains and Otra.

Hovdestøylen offers apartments and hotel rooms with high standard. The apartments have a terrace or balcony with great views, large screen TV, and free wireless internet. You can choose to stay in self catering or come to readily made up beds. Most apartments have 6 beds/3 bedrooms, some have 8 beds/4 bedrooms. The apartments have indoor passage through to the hotel and its facilities.
The hotel has everything from standard hotellrooms and suites. All have free internet access.
We have underground parking (for a fee) in connection with the hotel and guests have access to a separate laundry room. Outside there is free parking.
 
The hiking trails that pass outside the hotel runs along the river Otra to Hovden village center and Hovden Aqualand or Hegni Recreation Area at Hartevatn where the possibilities of activities are numerous. At Hovden you’ll also find a great selection of tour-, ski- and bike trails, boat and canoe rental, safari, museums and various other activities. Hovden is also a good base for excursions to the fjords, Hardanger, Telemark and Setesdal. Hotel rooms, restaurant and reception have been renovated during 2021.
 

Hovdestøylen lies near the river Otra in the mountain town of Hovden, with great views of the mountains. Tour-, ski- and bike trails are just outside and short distance to the city center and Hovden Aqualand. Hovdestøylen offers hotel rooms and comfortable apartments with high standard. Hotel rooms, restaurant and reception have been renovated during 2021.
