Ömsedal / Kåvan consists of 19 apartments located right at the base of Funäsdalsberget, just 50 meters from the Parkliften and 120 meters from Kåvans Gästcenter, the 6-seat lift Kåvan Express, and Lolandet, where children can play along with Lilla Lo. Funäsberget is tall with a vertical drop of just over 300 meters, and from the top, there is an extraordinary panoramic view of the Funäsfjällen. Funäsdalsberget features 17 slopes.

Funäsdalen village is surrounded by the highest mountains south of the Arctic Circle and lives up to the expectations of a true mountain village. In Funäsdalen village, you’ll find everything you need: well-stocked grocery stores, clothing shops with the latest ski fashion, a library, a state liquor store, a pharmacy, taxi services, car rentals, and restaurants catering to both gourmet tastes and hearty meals. Funäsdalen village also boasts a vibrant nightlife with bars and clubs for all ages.

Ömsedal 8 - a premium apartment with magnificent views of the ski slope and mountains.

This apartment features two bedrooms: one larger room with wardrobe storage and bunk beds (love bed, 120/90 cm), and one smaller room with a double bed and a dresser.

On the ground floor there is an entrance hall with coat hanging space and a drying cabinet. Adjacent to the hallway is a spacious bathroom with a shower and sauna. There is also a well-equipped kitchen with seating for 8 people.
 
One floor up, there is an additional bathroom with a shower. There are also two bedrooms: a larger one with wardrobe storage and a family bunk bed (120/90 cm), and a smaller one with a double bed and chest of drawers.
 
On the third floor, there is a living room with comfortable wall-to-wall carpeting, a sofa bed, and a TV. Perfect for the children to relax while the adults enjoy dinner and socialize in the kitchen.
 
On one side, you have views of Funäsdalsberget, and on the other side, forest and mountain peaks. The property is equipped with a Yale door lock, external ski storage, and a parking space with an electric vehicle charging station.

BY CAR: Funäsdalen is located in the middle of Sweden, only 40 kilometers from the Norwegian border and Röros. The fastest route from Stockholm is via the E4 motorway, passing through Gävle, Bollnäs, Ljusdal, and Sveg. From Sveg, take road 84 towards Röros.
