Ömsedal / Kåvan consists of 19 apartments located right at the base of Funäsdalsberget, just 50 meters from the Parkliften and 120 meters from Kåvans Gästcenter, the 6-seat lift Kåvan Express, and Lolandet, where children can play along with Lilla Lo. Funäsberget is tall with a vertical drop of just over 300 meters, and from the top, there is an extraordinary panoramic view of the Funäsfjällen. Funäsdalsberget features 17 slopes.

Ömsedal / Kåvan, located in Funäsdalen, is part of the Funäsfjällen in western Härjedalen, not far from the Norwegian border. Funäsdalsberget brings joy all year round. With a vertical drop of just over 300 meters, the top offers a delightful panoramic view of an extraordinary mountain landscape. The ski system, with 17 slopes of varying difficulty, offers something for everyone: steep and challenging sections, long enjoyable slopes, or fun forest areas.
 
Funäsdalen village is surrounded by the highest mountains south of the Arctic Circle and lives up to the expectations of a true mountain village. In Funäsdalen village, you’ll find everything you need: well-stocked grocery stores, clothing shops with the latest ski fashion, a library, a state liquor store, a pharmacy, taxi services, car rentals, and restaurants catering to both gourmet tastes and hearty meals. Funäsdalen village also boasts a vibrant nightlife with bars and clubs for all ages.

Funäsdalen's largest and most exclusive residence, covering 132 m² - Ömsedal / apartment no. 7. This property features four bedrooms: one larger bedroom with a double bed and bunk beds, one larger bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe storage, one larger bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe storage, and one larger room with bunk beds (family bed).

On the third floor, there is a large loft of 60 m². There is space for additional beds/mattresses if needed.

On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall with storage and a drying cabinet. Adjacent to the hall is a spacious bathroom with a shower and sauna. There is also a well-equipped kitchen with seating for 12 and a sofa where those not cooking can relax.
 
One floor up, there is another bathroom with a shower. This level also includes four bedrooms: one larger room with a double bed and bunk beds, one larger room with a double bed and wardrobe storage, one larger room with a double bed and wardrobe storage, and one larger room with two bunk beds, including a family bed. There is also a TV room with a sofa.
 
On the third floor, there is a large loft of 60 m² with cozy carpeting, perfect for children to play and have fun. There is space for additional beds if needed, making it ideal for children to hang out while the adults enjoy dinner and socialize in the kitchen. Up to three families can comfortably stay here with plenty of space and proper beds.
 
The property is equipped with Yale door locks, an exterior ski storage, and 2 parking spaces, one of which has a charging station.

BY CAR: Funäsdalen is located in the middle of Sweden, only 40 kilometers from the Norwegian border and Röros. The fastest route from Stockholm is via the E4 motorway, passing through Gävle, Bollnäs, Ljusdal, and Sveg. From Sveg, take road 84 towards Röros.
