Welcome to Utsyn! A fantastic cabin, ideal for the extended family or group of friends. The cabin is furnished to a high standard and has room for a total of 21 standard beds for adults and 2 + 3 cots divided into 7 bedrooms.
 
On the ground floor you will find a large and functional separate kitchen, perfect for cooking with the whole family. The spacious living and dining room has a cozy long table with room for all guests and seating areas that invite you to cozy up in front of the fireplace. From here you can enjoy the spectacular view of the mountains. From the living room there is access to a large terrace with good sun conditions.
 
The cottage has two large bathrooms, one on each floor. The bathroom downstairs is equipped with a bathtub, two showers, a spacious sauna and a separate WC room, while the bathroom upstairs has modern facilities and easy access from the common areas.
 
With a fantastic ski in/ski out location, only 100 meters from the "Natten" slope in Nesfjellet Alpin, everything is in place for a perfect winter holiday. In the summer, the cabin is an ideal starting point for cycling, mountain hiking and golf. Nesfjellet golf is one of Norway's most beautiful high-altitude golf courses, is within walking distance of the cabin. Hallingspranget, a spectacular 17 km long flow trail for trail biking - is only a short drive/or bike ride away.

In addition: 2 cots in the "car" downstairs and 1 cot for a small child.

Good to know:
Check-in after 4 pm 
Check-out before 11 am
Bed linen: Not included, but can be rented from Nesfjellet Booking, or brought by the tenant
Consumables such as; Tea lights, matches, coffee, toilet paper and soap must be brought by the tenant.
Pets are allowed
Some firewood is available for guests inside the cabin. Consumption beyond this can be ordered by Nesfjelelt booking, or brought by a guest.

The cabin is privately owned, and we ask for respect and understanding for this. Cleaning is included in the rental price, so you can enjoy your stay to the fullest.
