AGGERA - Thy - Agger

AggerA is the summer house for you who appreciate nature, architecture and design. The house contains many beautiful details that make this holiday home something very special, and one of Thy's most beautiful holiday homes on the West Coast.

Around the cottage:

Beautiful natural plot with direct access to the lake, own sand dune, fire pit with fire hanger for cooking over. There is a gas grill and approx. 150 mtrs. terrace on several sides of the cottage, so there is always shelter from the wind.

You will find an outdoor shower with hot water, outdoor spa and sauna with a fantastic view of the lake.

The cottage contains:

Bright living room with fireplace insert and fully equipped kitchen with a view of the lake, designer furniture and clean lines in the interior.

Bed distribution:

There are 4 rooms with good double beds and with patio doors from each room.

Bathrooms;

1 bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub with a view of the lake.

1 bath with toilet and shower.

Everything in the cottage is energy-friendly. There is an air-to-water heat pump and you will find a charging station for electric cars at the cottage. There is underfloor heating in all rooms, and there is a good indoor climate which is controlled through Genvex.

Important:

Pets are not allowed in AggerA.

Electricity for charging the electric car, spa and sauna is not included in the rental price.

The North Sea and Thy National Park.

There are 6-700 meters to the sea, and in the evening you can sit on the terrace and hear the roar of the sea in the background. National Park Thy is the nearest neighbor with a rich bird and animal life.

Sometimes you get a visit from the deer, just a few meters from the cottage.
